Policies Etiquette & things to know
It is our goal that every guest enjoy a relaxing and refreshing experience while at The Nest. Learn more about our arrival procedure, cancellation policies and more.
Arrival
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to check-in and prepare for your service. If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time so that the following guest is not inconvenienced. We are not responsible for inclement weather, traffic delays or wrong directions.
Quiet Room
Before and after treatment, guests are encouraged to enjoy our tranquil relaxation room, which features soft music, comfortable chairs, stunning mountain views.
Courtesy
We ask that all cellular phones and electronics be turned off upon entry to the spa to ensure tranquility and respect to all our guests.
Age requirements
Guests receiving wellness treatments must be 18 years of age. Guests under the age of 18 may require an adult present in the treatment room.
Medical Conditions
A brief medical questionnaire will be given to you at the time of check-in. Please indicate any medical conditions or disabilities that may be affected by your treatment such as high blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments, or pregnancy.
Clothing
You will be provided with a robe and sandals at time of check-in. Special attention to draping is practiced during all treatments for your comfort and privacy.
Valuables
Lockers will be provided at time of check-in. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. The spa does not assume any liability for personal items left in rooms, lockers, or robes.
Gratuities
Please know for your convenience we add 20% gratuity to all services and enhancements, you are more than welcome to leave more.
Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to receive a full refund.
Services
All treatments, services, and prices are subject to change without notice and are based upon availability.
Therapists
We have both male and female massage therapists. Should you have a specific preference, please advise us upon making your appointment. If preference is not specified at the time of booking then we will book according to our availability. If a client refuses a service they will still be charged in full.
Groups & Gatherings
We welcome gatherings and groups. Advance notice required, as well as any setup for food and beverages. 20% gratuity will be added to groups and gatherings. In order to schedule a group or gathering you must contact Donna Porcino 570-620-7540.
