Massage Therapy
Gentle & light, relaxing pressure to de-stress and calm the mind and body.

Our therapists will apply the specific techniques and the right amount of pressure to address your needs. Pressure can vary from medium to deep tissue.

Specially trained therapists utilize pillows and bolsters to provide for the mother’s comfort. A light and gentle massage to help reduce swelling, cramps and alleviate muscle tightness.
(Signed consent from your doctor is required if under 12 weeks OR past 36 weeks)

Choose from one of two stone therapy massages that will benefit you the most. Pressure is light to medium.
Warm Stone – Warmed basalt stones help to melt away aches and pains.
Himalayan Salt Stone – Using stones made of pure pink Himalayan salt and gentle pressure to promote deep relaxation and overall well-being.

Bamboo sticks are used with firmer pressure to knead muscles and stretch fascia to release tightness and tension.

Together in our in-spa couples room, two therapists provide separate Swedish massages.

A Swedish massage with Organic body butter infused with CBD derived from organically and locally grown hemp gives deep relaxation, buttery soft skin, reduced inflammation, and a decrease in muscle tension.

Reflex points on the hands and feet correspond to the body’s organs. We use warm towels, minty aromatherapy, and gentle pressure on these points to help stimulate a relaxed feeling and help alleviate stress.

Ultra-hydrating coconut oil is used to massage the scalp.

Policies Etiquette & things to know
Arrival
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow you time to check-in and prepare for your service. If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time so that the following guest is not inconvenienced. We are not responsible for inclement weather, traffic delays or wrong directions.
Quiet Room
Before and after treatment, guests are encouraged to enjoy our tranquil relaxation room, which features soft music, comfortable chairs, stunning mountain views and complimentary fruit, water and tea.
Courtesy
We ask that all cellular phones and electronics be turned off upon entry to the spa to ensure tranquility and respect to all our guests.
Age requirements
Guests receiving body treatments must be 18 years of age. Guests under the age of 18 may receive massages or facials with an adult present in the treatment room. Nail services have no age restriction, however guests under the age of 8 must have a parent or guardian present throughout the service.
Medical Conditions
A brief medical questionnaire will be given to you at the time of check-in. Please indicate any medical conditions or disabilities that may be affected by your treatment such as high blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments, or pregnancy.
Clothing
You will be provided with a robe and sandals at time of check-in. Special attention to draping is practiced during all treatments for your comfort and privacy. Reflexology does not require disrobing.
Valuables
Lockers will be provided at time of check-in. Please do not bring jewelry or other valuables to the spa. The spa does not assume any liability for personal items left in rooms, lockers, or robes.
Gratuities
Please kmow for your convenience we add 20% gratuity to all services and enhancements. Reservations are strongly suggested.
Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to appointment or 14 days upon signing a group contract. If proper notice is not received, appointments will be charged in full. Spa packages require a 50% deposit upon reservation. Cancellations for spa packages require 72-hour notice. Failure to comply will result in loss of deposit.

All treatments, services, and prices are subject to change and are based upon availability.
Therapists
We have both male and female massage therapists. Should you have a specific preference, please advise us upon making your appointment. If preference is not specified at the time of booking then we will book according to our availability. If a client refuses a service they will still be charged in full.
Gatherings
We welcome gatherings and groups. Advance notice required, as well as any setup for food and beverages. 20% gratuity will be added to groups and gatherings.
